Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional attitude with high-net-worth clients
Fluency in English
Key Responsibilties
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, delivering seamless, client-focused experience.
Conduct property viewings with detailed insights, tailored to client needs.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Provide expert market advice on trends, valuations, and investment opportunities in the UAE.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Maintain and grow your property portfolio, drive new business, and collaborate with team members on market strategies.
Stay current with UAE real estate laws, market dynamics, and regulations.
