Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
This role will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and company standards, while supporting a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, and support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
The role will also manage HR data and reporting, compensation and benefits administration, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in HR policy development, compliance with UAE labor laws, and handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Ability to design and support training, development, and talent management programs that promote continuous learning and career growth.
- Proficiency in HR data management, reporting, and use of HRIS tools to support decision-making and organizational planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
