Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Dubai.
The Team Leader will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring that projects align with business objectives, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily activities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience not less than 2 years in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities to oversee projects and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make effective choices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and work effectively under pressure.
