Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s human resources functions to support business objectives, workforce development, and employee engagement.

This role oversees HR operations, talent management, organizational development, and people strategies that contribute to long-term business success.

The position involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

The Human Resources Manager works closely with senior leadership to ensure that workforce strategies support business growth and operational excellence.

A key responsibility includes managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, succession planning, and offboarding processes.

The role ensures employees receive the necessary support and opportunities to succeed.

The Human Resources Manager also handles employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution processes, and promoting fair and consistent HR practices.

The role helps maintain a productive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

In addition, the position oversees performance management systems, training and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent management strategies.

The manager identifies skill gaps and implements programs that strengthen workforce capabilities.

The role may also manage compensation and benefits programs, HR analytics, workforce planning, and compliance activities.

The Human Resources Manager ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing organizational risks.

The position collaborates with department heads and executive leadership to support organizational change, improve employee engagement, and strengthen company culture.
