The AI Manager is responsible for leading the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, managing AI initiatives, and driving the adoption of intelligent technologies to support business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
This role combines strategic leadership, technical understanding, and business expertise to ensure that AI solutions deliver measurable value.
The position involves identifying opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies to improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and support data-driven decision-making.
The AI Manager works closely with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
A key responsibility includes developing and executing the organization's AI roadmap, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions.
The role oversees the complete lifecycle of AI projects, from concept and development to deployment and performance monitoring.
The AI Manager also leads cross-functional teams consisting of data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
The role ensures effective collaboration between technical and business teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.
In addition, the position is responsible for establishing AI governance frameworks, ethical AI practices, data quality standards, and compliance requirements.
The AI Manager ensures that AI systems are secure, responsible, transparent, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
The role may also evaluate emerging AI technologies, manage AI vendors and platforms, oversee automation initiatives, and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

The AI Manager collaborates with departments such as operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and technology to integrate AI capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
- Experience leading AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of machine learning models, AI frameworks, and automation solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into AI strategies and solutions.
- Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and AI tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
