About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on organizational growth and talent management.
• Lead innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire highly skilled professionals across all levels.
• Design and implement employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring selection of top-tier talent aligned with organizational values.
• Develop and implement succession planning frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Foster a workplace culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Address employee relations matters fairly while ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyse feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
• Oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure full compliance with employment laws, pay equity regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Develop and refine HR policies to support strategic and operational business goals.
• Lead training and development programs focused on employee growth and leadership capability.
• Manage performance systems to ensure alignment between individual performance and organizational objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on performance improvement and talent development strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership exposure.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition across multiple domains and seniority levels.
• Strong strategic leadership, planning, and team development capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess workforce needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in modern HR systems, tools, and data-driven HR analytics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
