About This Role
We are seeking a strategic and internationally experienced Global HR Director to lead human capital transformation across APAC and Latin America markets.
This role will drive global workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, executive talent development, and long-term incentive programs in a fast-growing international financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and execute global HR strategies across multi-country operations
β’ Build scalable talent localization and cross-cultural management frameworks
β’ Ensure compliance with international labor regulations and regional governance requirements
β’ Design and optimize global compensation, benefits, and long-term incentive structures
β’ Partner with leadership teams on organizational transformation and succession planning
β’ Drive executive leadership development and strategic talent pipeline initiatives
β’ Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal teams on cross-border compliance and governance matters
β’ Utilize HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic business decisions
Requirements
β’ 10+ years of progressive global HR leadership experience
β’ Strong background in organizational transformation and international workforce management
β’ Experience in Huawei HRBP / COE functions is highly preferred
β’ Proven ability to manage multinational stakeholders and global HR operations
β’ Fluent English communication skills are required
β’ Familiar with employment compliance frameworks across APAC and LATAM regions
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Prior experience in FinTech, digital banking, cross-border payment, or financial services industries
β’ Experience supporting global expansion or financial regulatory projects
β’ GPHR, FRM, or related professional certifications are advantageous
