Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring accurate documentation.
The role includes supporting employee relations, handling queries, coordinating performance review processes, and assisting in conflict resolution in line with company policies.
The individual will help develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training and development initiatives, preparing HR reports, and partnering with management to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including record keeping, HR documentation, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
- Practical knowledge of Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns confidentially and fairly.
- Experience developing, interpreting, and implementing HR Policies in alignment with organizational and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices in the region is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
