- The ideal candidate would need to be vigilant and well versed with technology and messaging platforms.
- The responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
- Managing Listings on Online Portals.
- Should be well versed with Agent to Agent Forms.
- Coordination with Sales Team to Manage Properties Ads.
- Managing day to day operations of leads and listings on CRM.
- Support in office paperwork and compliance.
- Follow up calls with clients and sales staff.
- Arranging Viewings with sales team (if required).
- Managing fallback calls and fetching requirements.
- Assisting filing and organizing data and information for agents.
- Drafting tenancy contracts, Ejari and MOU’s.
- Maintaining records of the signed off forms and applications.
- Assisting forms and applications.
- Keeping up to date with RERA compliance.
- Fetching Trakheesi permits from the portal.
- Communicating internally with the agents.
- Conduct follow up and feedback calls with clients.
- Liaising with the agents in communicating viewings.
- Allocation and rerouting of leads as per policies.
Eligibility
- Well versed with real estate tools.
- Vigilant in communication and messaging.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in real estate or similar industry preferred.
- Preferably on Husband/Father/ Mother sponsorship.
