Human Resources Director

We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy, advise community leadership, and foster an inclusive, engaging workplace where associates can do their best work.

You’ll oversee key areas including:

Recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, and engagement

Diversity and inclusion

Payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation

State and federal compliance

Training, development, and workplace safety

You’re an adaptable, thoughtful leader who makes sound decisions, navigates change confidently, and remains composed when priorities shift.

A degree in Human Resources or related field

2-4 years’ experience in HR management (Preferably in Senior Housing, Senior Care or Hospitality)

Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll is a plus

Excellent leadership skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and web-based systems, with a proven ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools
