About This Role
HR Director – Luxury Branded Residences
Our client is a leading real estate developer behind an exclusive waterfront branded residences project. They are seeking an HR Director to lead the HR function, driving strategy, talent, and culture during a key growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development
• Drive performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
• Ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law & RAKEZ regulations
• Support leadership development, organizational change, and cultural initiatives
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in HR, with 5+ in leadership roles
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or property sectors
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and free zones (RAKEZ/DMCC/DIFC preferred)
• HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) advantageous
