Overview
Lead the HR function in Qatar, driving strategy and operations across talent, employee relations, performance, rewards, learning, and compliance to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive employee relations, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Advise leadership with HR analytics, reporting, and organization design/development.
- Build HR processes and governance that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, C&B, performance, L&D, and ER.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- Experience in fast-growing or multi-business environments is an advantage.
