As part of their continued focus on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, they are looking for an
experienced HR leader
to join the team:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR functions including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Design and implement succession plans, performance improvement programs (PIP), and comprehensive training initiatives.
- Manage manpower planning, HR budgets, and workforce analytics.
- Deliver insights and reports on recruitment, retention, and overall HR KPIs to executive management.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure HR processes meet regulatory and company standards.
- Update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in line with evolving business needs.
- Coach and mentor HR teams to enhance effectiveness and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to Talent Management, L&D, and strategic HR business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, interfacing with leadership and influencing organizational decisions.
- Experience with workforce planning, performance management, and HR analytics
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor regulations in Saudi Arabia, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, proactive mindset, and strategic thinking capability.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
