What You Will Do

• Align and execute people strategies with business objectives in partnership with leaders.
• Strengthen talent development and employee engagement by embedding RTX values into people and business processes.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Advise on organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.
• Support workforce planning and talent mobility while identifying workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into practical HR strategies and solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor and support leaders in building high-performing teams.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders, managers, or program teams.
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Experience developing integrated HR solutions across multiple HR functions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, or technology.
• Experience in a matrixed or multinational organization.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries or locations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics or reporting, preferably Workday.
• Experience with organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, or organizational design.
• Strong understanding of local employment practices and HR requirements within the UAE.
