Human Resources Business Partner

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Partner with entity CEOs and managers on people priorities, team structures, and organizational development.
• Contribute to workforce planning and budgets covering headcount, positions, personnel costs, and training needs.
• Support job opening requests and coordinate recruitment priorities with hiring managers and recruitment.
• Coordinate new-joiner welcome, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
• Facilitate objective setting, performance evaluations, and development or improvement plan follow-up.
• Identify training needs, consolidate plans and budgets, and coordinate approved development activities.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility, including UAE national development initiatives.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employee matters; identify employee concerns and retention risks.
• Support organizational changes and coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and team development.
• Coordinate with recruitment, administration, payroll, and HRIS teams; analyze HR indicators and contribute to HR policy and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an HR professional qualification is an advantage.
• At least five years of relevant HR experience, including business partnering or broad generalist work.
• Experience in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and development; supporting several entities is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of applicable UAE employment frameworks.
• Strong communication, judgement, organizational skills, stakeholder influence, and discretion with sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
