A commercial company is seeking an HR and public relations officer to support employee affairs and related government procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR transactions and employee affairs, and monitor relevant government HR and employment regulations.
- Manage government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources, Absher Business, and Mudad.
- Follow up on employee residency permits, work permits, visas, and other government services.
- Prepare and follow up on employee contracts and update employee records.
- Track attendance, leave, absences, employee commencements, and terminations; monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with government entities, track transactions and official correspondence, and prepare official letters and administrative documents.
- Monitor regulatory updates and inform management of relevant changes.
- Organize employee files and official documents; provide HR and public relations administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Practical experience in human resources and government relations.
- Good experience with Saudi government systems, laws, and regulations related to HR and employment.
- Proficiency with relevant government platforms, especially Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and Absher Business.
- Ability to independently complete government transactions; good knowledge of Saudi labor law and employee procedures.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and file-management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Professional communication with government entities and employees.
- Experience in small and medium-sized companies is preferred.
