Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of human resources experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience supporting payroll administration, attendance management, and FMLA leave processes, with the ability to advise employees and leaders on related policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage many different projects to completion.
  • Ability to influence others and work in a team environment towards a common goal.
  • Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment; desire to continue to learn in various areas and share knowledge with others.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Relocation: This position is eligible for relocation assistance
