Job Summary

The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the HR department by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining attendance and leave records, preparing HR documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate employee information.
  • Prepare employment letters and contracts.
  • Respond to employee HR-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
