Hiring for Assistant HR Manager in Dubai
Position Summary
The Assistant HR Manager supports and manages HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, welfare, payroll coordination, training, and HR compliance.
Works closely with factory, warehouse, and office teams to ensure smooth HR processes aligned with business needs.
Acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring a high-performance work culture.
25% – Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, office, sales, and support positions.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Department Heads to understand manpower needs.
- Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Prepare job descriptions and support creation of role benchmarks.
- Maintain talent pipelines for urgent and upcoming requirements.
20% – Onboarding, Induction & HR Operations
- Manage all joining formalities and employee file creation.
- Conduct HR induction for new employees, explaining policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of passports, Emirates ID, certificates, contracts, forms.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and medicals.
- Ensure smooth employee integration into all departments.
10% – Performance Management & Training
- Support KPI creation and performance appraisal cycles.
- Coordinate with department heads to administer performance reviews.
- Maintain and update training calendars and attendance records.
15% – Employee Relations & Welfare
- Support resolution of employee queries, conflicts, or disciplinary matters.
- Conduct counselling sessions when required.
- Manage employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and ensure smooth communication flow.
- Support grievance handling with fairness and confidentiality.
20% – Attendance, Payroll & HR Compliance
- Ensure accurate attendance tracking for staff (factory shifts + office staff).
- Verify overtime, leave applications, and deductions for payroll accuracy.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and submit to Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and DMCC requirements.
- Maintain records and support salary transfer processes.
10% – HR Reporting, Documentation & Administration
- Maintain HR MIS dashboards, recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and attendance summaries.
- Ensure employee files are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for top management.
- Support internal audits with required HR documents.
Education
- Bachelor's in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's in HRM (preferred).
• CIPD Level 3 And 5 (advantage)
- HR analytics or HR operations training (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of UAE labour law & HR compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee life cycle.
- Ability to work with factory-based manpower and operational departments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
