**Job Title:** Human Resources Manager – Call Center
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to support our dynamic call center environment.
The HR Officer will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will understand the fast-paced nature of a call center and be able to manage HR functions to support high-volume staffing and employee engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Languages preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
