We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Call Center team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will assist clients with account inquiries, information, and promote our services.
Training will be provided—no prior experience required.
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about Forex trading.
- Provide basic information on how Forex trading works and our platform features.
- Guide clients through the account registration and funding process.
- Promote trading services and encourage platform usage.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all client interactions.
- Keep records of calls and update client information in the system.
- Understanding prospects / clients requirement & needs for providing relevant information & timely market information accordingly
Experience
- ***Freshers most welcome & Experience also can apply***
- Languages preferred
- **([Malayalam]***,Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada**)**
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
