We are seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to join our growing HC function, providing operational HR partnership across multiple business units.
This role reports to the HC Director – Talent Acquisition & HCBP and will be part of a close-knit team of HC Business Partners.
Together, the team supports a dynamic, fast-evolving organization where agility, trust, and execution matter.
This is a high-paced, agile role for someone who is confident working with ambiguity, navigating change, and delivering practical solutions.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who combines sound HC knowledge with strong people judgment and the ability to balance consistency with flexibility in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with the business leaders and management teams in supporting the delivery and implementation of appropriate people plans and practices in support of their business agendas
- Coaching and developing business stakeholders’ leadership and management capabilities through collaboration influencing tactics and team building initiatives
- Serve as the go-to partner for managers and employees across various levels and functions
- Provide practical, timely advice on a range of people topics including onboarding, mobility, promotions, team changes, and exits
- Develop strategies and tactics with the assigned leadership teams to develop and maintain high levels of employee engagement
- Support workforce planning, job evaluations, and org structure alignment in coordination with internal HC teams
- Apply people policies and practices with a business lens—balancing fairness, compliance, and agility
- Act as the connector between business units and HC centres of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, C&B and L&D)
Employee Relations & Policy Guidance
- Provide coaching and advice to managers on ER topics including performance, conduct, and workplace issues
- Ensure consistent application of labour law, company policies, and employee procedures
- Investigate and resolve individual cases with a solutions-oriented, consistent and fair approach
- Contribute to the review and development of HC policies to reflect business realities and compliance requirements
Learning, Growth & Capability Support
- Support identification of capability gaps and development needs across teams
- Liaise with the L&D team to coordinate or tailor relevant development interventions
- Encourage continuous learning, feedback culture, and growth mindset across supported teams
- Promote adoption of people tools and practices that enhance self-service and team maturity
Compensation & Organizational Effectiveness
- Partner with the rewards team on job grading, benchmarking, salary adjustments, and offer reviews
- Provide input on recognition, promotion, and mobility decisions that align with business goals and compensation frameworks
- Ensure changes in structure or resourcing are managed smoothly from a systems, reporting, and people perspective
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HC Employee Cycle processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR and at least 3 years of HC Business Partnering experience, preferably at a fast-growing technology company
- Familiarity with the tech industry or high-growth businesses preferred
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and core HC processes
- Demonstrated experience with, or strong interest in developing expertise in, AI-enabled HR tools and platforms to support an AI-native approach within the Human Capital function
- Confident decision-maker who can operate in fast-changing, lightly structured environments
- Clear communicator with the ability to work across a range of stakeholders and cultural contexts
- Practical, people-first approach combined with strong HR fundamentals
- Able to manage competing demands and prioritize based on impact and urgency
