- Conduct
- ADNOC-required trainings
- such as H2S Awareness, Confined Space Work (CSW), Permit-to-Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
- Provide
- defensive driving, work-at-height, confined space, and emergency response training
- as required.
- Assess and evaluate
- worker competency
- through tests, observations, and practical assessments.
- Maintain accurate
- training records, matrices, and certification logs

- Coordinate with HSE team and management to identify
- training needs and gaps

- Support incident investigations by identifying training-related deficiencies.
- Ensure all training materials comply with
- ADNOC standards and project requirements

- Conduct
- refresher training sessions
