HSE Supervisor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures; conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure fire safety, emergency response, evacuation procedures, fire drills, and preparedness activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions, briefings, and awareness training; ensure proper PPE use and safe workplace practices.
• Monitor hazardous-substance handling, storage, and disposal, as well as hygiene, sanitation, waste, and environmental practices.
• Maintain HSE records, checklists, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with operational departments, authorities, contractors, and service providers to address HSE matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, fire safety, and environmental requirements.
• Experience with risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and HSE training.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HSE reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work professionally with employees, management, contractors, and external authorities; attention to detail and commitment to safety and service standards.

Preferred qualifications and profile

• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or an equivalent recognized HSE qualification is preferred.
• Luxury hotel, high-end hospitality, luxury residence, or VIP service experience is preferred or highly desirable.

Pay

• AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
