- Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the HSE Management System across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation, client requirements, and company policies.
- Manage and supervise the site HSE team, providing guidance and technical support to project management.
- Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote HSE awareness through inductions, training programs, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, medical activities, and emergency response drills.
- Review construction methods, lifting operations, plant and equipment, and subcontractor HSE performance to minimize project risks.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present HSE reports, performance statistics, and management updates.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in occupational health, safety, and environmental performance.
- ***Requirements:***
- Bachelors' Degree with NEBOSH / IOSH Certification, OSHAD and Level 6 Certification
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Knowledge in DM COP, DDA Regulations, NFPA Standards, UAE construction federal
- Knowledge in potentially Hazardous materials and Practices
- Previous experience with EMAAR
