Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of camp operations, including housekeeping and facility maintenance
- Monitor and manage camp staff attendance and performance; address personnel or disciplinary issues as needed.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for room allocations, check-in/check-out processes, and transport logistics for workers.
- Ensure the health, safety, and security of all residents in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall camp condition.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale labor accommodations, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of camp health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
