- Competitive monthly salary: QAR 6,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–9 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
- Site-based work with field inspections required
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry safety standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports
- Support risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA)
- Monitor contractor and employee safety performance on-site
- Promote a strong safety culture across all operational areas
Skills for This Role
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
- Risk assessment and hazard identification skills
- Incident investigation and reporting expertise
- Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety frameworks
- Communication and training delivery skills
- Attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to enforce safety procedures on-site
- Emergency response planning and awareness
- Documentation and reporting accuracy
- Leadership and influencing safe behavior in teams
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred
- Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in energy, construction, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations
- Ability to work in field and site environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
