Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
- Monitor work permits for high-risk activities such as hot work, work at height, lifting operations, and confined space entry.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe working procedures.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on safety matters.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (Mandatory).
- IOSH certification preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE HSE regulations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
