Job Title: Metal Cladding / Stainless Steel Cladding Technician
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled **Metal Cladding Technician** with experience in **wall cladding, column cladding, and stainless steel cladding works** for interior fit-out projects.
The candidate should be capable of handling site work, fabrication coordination, and installation with high-quality finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and fix **metal cladding, stainless steel cladding, and decorative panels** as per drawings.
- Carry out **wall cladding and column cladding** works on-site.
- Read and interpret **shop drawings and technical details**.
- Coordinate with **site engineers, supervisors, and fabrication team**.
- Ensure proper **alignment, leveling, and finishing** of cladding works.
- Handle **cutting, bending, polishing, and fixing** of metal sheets.
- Follow **safety procedures and site regulations**.
- Maintain tools and ensure proper usage.
- Identify and report any **site issues or material defects**.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in metal/stainless steel cladding (UAE experience preferred).
- Experience in **interior fit-out or construction projects**.
- Knowledge of **SS, aluminum, MS cladding systems**.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work independently.
- Good understanding of **site measurements and installation techniques**.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site conditions.
- Basic communication skills (English/Hindi preferred).
