Job Summary
Proficient Group is seeking experienced and dedicated HSE Officers to join our growing team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations while promoting a safe working environment across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and monitor work activities.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety orientations.
- Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Assist in incident reporting and emergency response activities.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and UAE HSE regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- NEBOSH IGC and/or IOSH certification preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
