Job Description
- Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on site.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and UAE regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Develop safety procedures, toolbox talks, and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate with project management and client representatives regarding HSE matters.
- Supervise HSE team performance and provide guidance and training.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory).
- 7–10 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
