HSE Manager leading and overseeing health, safety, and environment activities across electromechanical projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
- TAQA approval is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with UAE certificate equivalency.
- Strong HSE management experience in electromechanical projects.
- Strong knowledge of TAQA requirements, UAE HSE regulations, and safety standards.
- Currently available in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage project HSE activities and HSE teams.
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with TAQA, client, and UAE HSE requirements.
- Oversee risk assessments, PTW, JSA/JHA, inspections, and HSE audits.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
- Conduct safety meetings and monitor site HSE performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors.
- Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation.

- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1.00 per month.
