HSE Management Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce project HSE plans, safety manuals, and safe work procedures.
- Conduct site audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments before high-risk activities, including lifting and work at heights.
- Maintain compliance with Qatar construction regulations, including QCS, and international standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Lead root cause analysis for accidents and near misses and track corrective actions to closure.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills while mentoring site safety officers.
- Liaise with local authorities, including Ashghal or Qatar Energy depending on sector, as well as clients and subcontractors.
Pay
- Pay range: QAR 12,000 to QAR 20,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location: In person.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Qatar construction regulations, including Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ability to manage HSE risks for high-risk site activities such as lifting and working at heights.
- Ability to liaise with local authorities, clients, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
