We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our Beacon Site in Aldershot. As the site's HSE expert, you'll work closely with the Leadership Team to promote a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance and drive environmental excellence across the operation. [HSE Manage...- Sept 26 | Word]

Leading the site's Health, Safety and Environmental strategy.

Driving a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement and visible leadership.

Ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation and company standards.

Managing risk assessments, investigations, audits and emergency preparedness.

Delivering HSE training and supporting competency development.

Leading environmental initiatives, sustainability projects and ISO 14001 activities.

Monitoring HSE performance and presenting key metrics to site leadership. [HSE Manage...- Sept 26 | Word]
