Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **HSE Manager** to oversee and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, develop safety policies, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
- Lead emergency response planning and ensure readiness for crisis situations.
- Collaborate with management to integrate HSE objectives into business operations.
- Prepare regular HSE reports and communicate findings to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in financial services or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
