HSE Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees, subcontractors, and visitors are properly inducted on project HSE requirements and safety procedures.
• Implement and monitor the Site HSE Management Plan to ensure compliance with company policies and project safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, training records, incident reports, certifications, and safety statistics as per project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness sessions, and HSE training programs for site personnel.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the site.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Support project and construction teams in implementing safe working practices and maintaining compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure all HSE reports, records, and documentation are updated and available for audits and inspections.
• Monitor project HSE KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management and clients.
• Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or related projects.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO standards.
• Good communication, reporting, and incident investigation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting systems.
