- The HSE Engineer supports the Company HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager to implement the HSE management system.
- The role assists in planning, implementation, evaluation and analyzing HSE activities at site to ensure HSE target and objectives are measured and achieved.
- Assist in the implementation of and compliance to the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP)
- and Project HSE Management Programme.
- Arrange, conduct and participates in training sessions, HSE Committee and Coordination Meetings.
- Advise supervisory Staff with regards to accident prevention and improvement related to work methods.
- Assist in leading and supervising HSE officers onsite.
- Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met as per the project
- HSE plan and HSEMS requirement.
- Ensure that existing hazards, unsafe work conditions and /or practices are identified on a daily basis and
- observation reports are raised and corrective measures are recorded.
- Ensure to address and report violation on daily basis and make necessary recommendations.
- Monitor timely reporting of project HSE performance Ensure achievement of HSE goals on project.

Skills
- _Job Experience_
- 0-1 years of experience in HSE
- _Education_
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with OSHA / IOSH / NEBOSH
- Diploma in NEBOSH or any Related Technical Certificates
