About This Role
**Key Responsibilities:** **Airport Project**
1. **Plan, manage, and evaluate end-to-end logistics operations for the Airport Project**, coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and airport authorities, while ensuring cost-effective solutions and high service quality within budget.
Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.

Monitor and control logistics performance for the **Airport project**, including quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery timelines, and transportation costs.
3.
Negotiate transportation rates, contracts, and service agreements with logistics and freight providers supporting the **Airport construction and operations**.
4.
Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
5.
Resolve logistics, transportation, import/export, customs clearance, and customer-related issues specific to the **Airport project** environment.
6.
Review and report the impact of logistics changes such as routing, shipping modes, carrier selection, and material volumes within the **Airport project**.
7.
Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements
8. with the help of direct reports.
9.
Maintain accurate logistics records, distribution data, and performance metrics related to the **Airport project**.
10.
Ensure logistics IT systems are effective, maintained, and provide accurate reporting for **Airport project operations**.
11.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
12.
Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team dedicated to the **Airport project**, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
13.
Set departmental objectives and KPIs aligned with **Airport project milestones** and regularly review team performance.
14.
Report on achievement of logistics targets for the **Airport project** and identify corrective actions as required.
15.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with **Airport safety regulations**, health, safety, environmental policies, legal requirements, and ISO standards.
16.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, Airport authority requirements, and ISO standards governing logistics and transportation activities for the **Airport Project**.
17.
Monitor and control logistics performance for the **Airport Project**, including quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery timelines, and transportation costs to meet project targets.
18.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of distribution and logistics management related to the **Airport Project**, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
19.
Supervise, coordinate, and manage the logistics team assigned to the **Airport Project**, ensuring efficient execution of duties and adherence to project objectives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain and Crisis Management.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
