We are a leading outsourcing company in the UAE, delivering recruitment, EOR/PEO, PRO services, and corporate solutions across the region.
We are currently recruiting 3 HSE Engineers for a major GCC Interconnection high-voltage transmission project in the UAE.
The role will support large-scale power transmission infrastructure works across multiple remote project sites in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
Health, Safety & Environment Operations
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across transmission line and substation project sites
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE regulations and project safety standards
- Monitor work activities related to high-voltage transmission and EPC construction environments
Incident Prevention & Compliance
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safe work practices
- Support incident investigations and prepare HSE reports and documentation
- Maintain compliance with client and contractor HSE requirements
Project & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site management on all HSE matters
- Support permit-to-work (PTW) and site safety control processes
- Ensure safe execution of activities including lifting operations, excavation, working at height, and electrical works
Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination
- Liaise with client representatives and project stakeholders on HSE compliance
- Ensure alignment with Abu Dhabi utility and infrastructure project standards
- Support implementation of site-specific HSE plans and emergency response procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience within industrial, EPC, power transmission, utilities, or Oil & Gas projects
- Experience on high-voltage transmission line or substation projects (132kV / 220kV / 400kV preferred)
- **Strong understanding of GCC and Abu Dhabi HSE regulations and practices**
- NEBOSH certification is preferred
- Experience with DEWA, TRANSCO, TAQA, ADNOC, or similar utility / infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Ability to work on remote project sites within Abu Dhabi Emirate
