About The Role
The HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment across all construction supervision activities.
The role focuses on implementing HSE management systems, monitoring contractor compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture on-site in line with UAE regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE systems across construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs.
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Total 10-20 years of experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification.
- Strong experience in construction supervision or large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
