- Assist the HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with ADNOC HSE regulations, IMS requirements, and approved HSE plans.
- Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives on safety-related matters.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees.
- Carry out site inspections, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Participate in incident investigations, risk assessments (JSA/TRA), and emergency response activities.
- Monitor compliance with the Work Permit System, PPE, and safe work practices.
- Verify equipment certifications and ensure safe operation of tools and machinery.
- Organize HSE meetings, safety campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and performance records.
- Maintain a strong HSE presence in the field to promote a positive safety culture.
