Overview

• Design and implement maintenance schedules for critical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards proactively.
• Oversee the operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Manage facility improvement projects from conception to completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors effectively.
• Utilize building management systems to monitor and control facility operations remotely, ensuring real-time responsiveness.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of facility layouts, equipment specifications, and maintenance records.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for system failures, employing systematic approaches to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility operations with organizational goals and enhance overall productivity.
• PPM planning, condition assessment, quotation preparation, BOQ preparation, SLA management, KPI management, root cause analysis (RCA), NFPA standards, UAE Fire Code, UAE Civil Defence compliance, authority approvals, authority coordination, building regulations UAE, Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, snagging & de-snagging, project handover, site mobilization, demobilization, MEP systems knowledge, HVAC systems, chillers, FCU, AHU, electrical systems, LV systems, DB panels, plumbing systems, drainage systems, firefighting systems.
