Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Define and drive the long-term HSE vision and strategy across all project sites, ensuring alignment with Parsons global standards and Saudi Vision 2030 sustainability goals.
• Program Integration:
• Utilize your project management expertise to integrate HSE protocols into the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning.
• Crisis Management:
• Lead the regional emergency response framework and act as the primary authority for major incident investigations, ensuring comprehensive root-cause analysis and systemic reform.
• Stakeholder Governance:
• Serve as the high-level liaison with government bodies (such as MoMRA, Civil Defense, and NEOM/Public Investment Fund entities) to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
• Risk Mitigation:
• Oversee the enterprise-level HSE risk register, implementing sophisticated mitigation strategies for high-risk activities in complex desert and urban environments.
• Operational Excellence:
• Benchmarking HSE performance through advanced data analytics and KPIs, delivering monthly executive briefings to the Project Director and Client.
