Role overview

Talent acquisition responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes against role requirements and contact prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring-manager feedback, interview logistics, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain ATS candidate records, prepare offer letters, support offer rollout, and track recruitment metrics.

HR operations responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with background verification and document collection.
• Support employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, policy communication, and employee lifecycle coordination.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree or current final-year study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with one to two HR internships are considered.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask across multiple hiring processes and strong attention to detail.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
