Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own assigned recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing through offers, pre-joining follow-ups, and closure.
• Drive bulk hiring, build talent pipelines, screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, and pitch opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers on profile calibration, interviews, feedback, offer decisions, and position closure.
• Manage candidate negotiations and follow-ups through joining, supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding, documentation, pre-joining formalities, background verification, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain candidate and employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
• Track hiring metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to hiring speed, quality, and experience.
• Support engagement activities, HR policy communication, employer branding, scalable people processes, and administrative HR work.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Startup or high-growth experience is preferred; experience with bulk or high-volume hiring and multiple open roles is expected.
• Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms; able to manage recruitment through joining.
• Exposure to onboarding, employee documentation, HR coordination, or people operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and negotiation skills; proactive and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Strong candidate and employee management skills and a good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring trackers.
