Role overview

HR shared services work

• Process HRMS (SAP) data and support data integrity, analytics, reporting, and metrics.
• Administer process mapping and process performance.
• Process leave of absence, employee terminations, and severance.
• Support employment compliance, employment contracts, and global mobility assignments.
• Administer benefits and employee services, including GOSI, medical plans, and employment verification.
• Administer global immigration matters involving COC, MOFA, Muqeem, QIWA, and relevant ministries.
• Issue exit/re-entry visas and handle other critical government requirements, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Education and experience

• Bachelor-level degree in Human Resources and at least 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor-level degree and at least 5 years of related experience.

Required knowledge and skills

• Fluent written and verbal English; good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Service mindset, relationship-building ability, initiative, sound decision-making, and accountability.
• Able to work in a high-volume transaction environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, reporting, and graphics.
• Available to travel or relocate for temporary or long-term project assignments if needed.

Preferred knowledge and skills

• Preferred: multinational HR generalist experience; analytics; Saudi immigration and benefits administration; staffing and recruitment.
• Preferred: international HR, expatriate assignments and relocation, immigration compensation and expatriate tax, employee service centers, and HR master data in SAP or another global HR system.
• Preferred: Six Sigma/Lean, process mapping and process management, multilingual capabilities, and experience living or working abroad as an expatriate.

• Telework type is full-time office/project; work location is Riyadh.
