About Trinity Real Estate Brokers LLC
Trinity Real Estate Brokers LLC is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai committed to building a high-performing team of professionals.
We are looking for an experienced **HR Recruiter with proven UAE real estate recruitment experience**, specifically in hiring **real estate agents, property consultants, and real estate professionals**.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified real estate agents and property consultants through job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, and industry connections.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate talent to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives within the real estate industry.
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a seamless hiring experience for new employees.
Mandatory
- **Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE real estate industry.**
- **Proven track record of hiring and onboarding real estate agents, property consultants, or related real estate professionals.**
- **Candidates without UAE real estate recruitment experience will not be considered.**
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and recruitment landscape.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
