We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process and assisting in HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting in Manpower planning & Budgeting
- Drafting the job description
- Screening & shortlisting the right candidate for the right post
- Scheduling the interview and taking the initial round of the interview
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently
- Handling of administration and record-keeping
- Assisting in ISO documentation
- Onboarding & Offboarding of the employees
- Assisting in HR operations
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment.
- Bachelors in human resources / MBA / Equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office & HRIS.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Desire to work as a team with a result - driven approach
- Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
- Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
- Salary+Transport +Visa+ Medical Insurance provided by the company.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
