Job Summary
The Indoor Business Development Executive is responsible for reconnecting with existing clients, generating repeat business, and identifying new sales opportunities through calls and customer relationship management.
The role focuses on client retrieval, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication with customers to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and inactive clients to re-establish business relationships and generate repeat orders.
- Conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements and promote company products and services.
- Follow up on previous inquiries, quotations, and past customers to convert them into active clients.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
- Maintain updated customer database, call records, and support the sales team with lead generation.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Minimum **1 to** **2 years of UAE experience** in Indoor Sales / Client Servicing / Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in **client retrieval and relationship management**.
- Ability to confidently handle calls and customer interactions.
- Female candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
