Recruitment responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs and job requirements for technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and behavioral skills.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress and pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and support a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and regular recruitment progress reports to management.
Skills and qualifications
- Requires 0–1 years of experience and an interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Requires strong verbal and written communication and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media is required.
- Understanding of IT technologies and roles such as software developers, testers, and system administrators is a plus.
- Candidates should be eager to learn and grow in recruitment.
Pay
- The description lists pay up to ₹180,000 per year.
